|Bingo At Home (circa 1958) (first half of 60-minute episode)|
A partial episode of a local (New York City) television series called "Bingo at Home". This series aired on station WABD-TV. The station produced many fine TV series in the 1950s, but this is probably one of the their weakest efforts. Hosted by Monty Hall, and with original commercials. Sound quality is extremely poor with very heavy hiss, and at times it is impossible to hear what anyone is saying.

WABD-TV was the flagship station of the legendary DuMont Television Network, one can see a good example of DuMont's always interesting set design in this commercial. Also of note, is that this Coca-Cola commercial was funded by a Coca-Cola Bottling plant, hence the empha...

|Fragment from ''Studio Party''|
A fragment from an episode of "Studio Party", a local (in New York City) series from circa 1958 aimed at teenagers, hosted by Herb Sheldon. Broadcast on WABD (Channel 5). Note: If you intend to upload this to YouTube, I request that you make it clear to viewers that this is only a fragment and not a complete program. The original broadcast was probably 60 minutes. Segments in this fragment include teenagers dancing, and a interview with an athlete, along with two commercials and a promotional sp...
